§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryThe International Atomic Energy Agency is entitled to inspect the declared facilities of a country with which it has concluded a safeguards agreement. A list of those agreements, as of 31 December 1990, is contained in the agency's annual report for 1990, a copy of which is in the Library of the House.
