§ Mr. John PattenThis information is published annually in chapter 2 of the Command Paper "Criminal Statistics, England and Wales" the latest edition of which, Cm 1322, contains 1989 statistics. 1990 figures were published in "Home Office Statistical Bulletin No. 4/91" in March 1991. Both publications have been placed in the Library of the House.
