§ Mr. Garel-JonesBetween 1975 and 31 October 1991, 18,032 Vietnamese refugees were resettled in the United Kingdom from places of first asylum in south-east Asia. In addition, a further 4,203 Vietnamese were settled in the United Kingdom under the orderly departure programme.
