§ Mr. Alan ClarkA TOGS contract was placed with Avimo Ltd., a subsidiary of United Scientific Holdings. Deliveries of main systems are now complete and only the delivery of a number of spares is outstanding. The Department is not pursuing liquidated damages under this contract.
