To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the colleges of further education which are not under local authority control in Scotland.

Clause 30 of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Bill defines a "college of further education" as an educational establishment by which further education is provided. Information is not held centrally on such establishments not under local authority control.
