§ Mr. Garel-JonesThe latest composite draft treaty texts circulated by the Dutch presidency, which are available in the Library, provide a comprehensive survey of all the areas where it is proposed to amend the existing provisions of the treaty of Rome. They also include the proposals for increasing inter-governmental co-operation within the framework of the Union.
