Member for Manchester, Wythenshawe, of 12 November,Official Report, column 429, if he has now received a copy of the report "Blind and Partially Sighted Adults in Britain—The RNIB Needs Survey"; and if he will make a statement.

I congratulate the RNIB on this comprehensive report. It will be very helpful to the Department of Transport in its continuing programme of work to improve facilities both in public transport and in the pedestrian environment for blind and partially sighted people.
