§ Dr. Mawhinney[holding 7 November 1991]: It is not known precisely how many terrorist incidents there have been since 1970, nor is it always known which paramilitary organisation was responsible. I refer the hon. Member to the Chief Constable of the Royal Ulster Constabulary's annual reports, which gave details of some of the information requested.
