§ Mr. BaldryGrants specifically aimed at improving river water quality are not available from my Department. The responsibility for monitoring and regulating river water quality lies with the National Rivers Authority. There are a number of initiatives, such as derelict land grant, which may provide assistance in the regeneration of waterside land.
