§ Mr. BlunkettTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer with regard to the opinion poll he has commissioned to investigate public attitudes towards public services, if he will indicate(a) how much the survey will cost, (b) how many members of the public will be involved in the survey, (c) when he expects the questionnaire to be finalised, (d) when he expects the survey to be completed and (e) when the results will be published.
