§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyHelp under the NHS low income scheme is available for those with limited financial resources who do not otherwise qualify for exemption from NHS charges. No claim has been received from Mr. O'Noroe-O'Neil. Officials will contact him to explain the exemption arrangements and how a claim for help may be made.
