§ Mrs. ChalkerAt the beginning of this month, the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs sent a message to the Kenyan Foreign Minister expressing the hope that Kenya would continue to use its influence in the region to promote peace in Mozambique. The Secretary of State also thanked President Moi of Kenya for his part in persuading Renamo to cease attacks on the Limpopo corridor.
