§ Mrs. ChalkerWe have a continuing programme of technical assistance to eastern Europe and the Soviet Union under the know-how-fund. We discuss this regularly with recipient Governments. I am not aware of our having received any recent requests for further development assistance which relate specifically to the forthcoming winter.
