§ Mr. Alan HowarthEstimates prepared by the United Kingdom Erasmus Student Grants Council show that, in academic year 1990–91, some 4,800 United Kingdom domiciled students were studying under ERASMUS arrangements in a higher education institution of another EC member state as part of their United Kingdom undergraduate course.
