To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many cases of sheep scab there were in Wales during the last 12 months; what were the corresponding figures for 1970 and 1980; and if he will make a statement.

In the last 12 months 14 cases of sheep scab were reported in Wales. No cases were reported in 1970 and 1980.
