§ Mr. Peter LloydSince the Broadcasting Act 1990 came into force on 1 January 1991, the Home Office has received 25 representations from members of the public; 20 of them have been received since September and were prompted by the Independent Television Commission's announcement of the channel 3 licence awards on 16 October.
