§ Mr. YeoThe number of such representations could be established only at disproportionate cost. It is for local planning authorities to satisfy themselves that information given in planning applications is accurate. Under the Town and Country Planning (Applications) Regulations 1988, applicants can be required to furnish evidence to verify any statement made in a planning application.
