§ Mr. DorrellFunding has been agreed for the three-year period 1990–91 to 1992–93. Details of funding made available in the first two years of the scheme are given in the table. It will continue at a similar level in the third year. Decisions about arrangements beyond 1993 will be made in the light of the evaluation of the programme which is being undertaken by Professor Mark Haggard of Nottingham university.
