Mr. John D. TaylorTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what proposals he has to assist towards the improvement of the railway system in Scotland from Glasgow to connect with the Eurotunnel; when these proposals will be implemented; and what asssessment he has made of the proposals by ScotRail for such services in 1993.
