What is their response to the Select Committee on the European Communities' Report on the Non-Food Uses of Agricultural Products (7th Report, session 1990–91, HL 26).

The Government's response to the Select Committee on the European Communities' Report on the Non-Food Uses of Agricultural Products was placed in the House on 25th July. The Government supported the committee's overall conclusion that non-food uses are not, at present, a large-scale ecconomic alternative to traditional outlets for agricultural products.
