§ Mr. RentonI was delighted to be present at the launch on 7 October of "Sounds like Birmingham", which sets out a full and exciting range of events to celebrate Birmingham's year as City of Music. It will also play a prominent part in National Music Day. I am inviting the EC Ministers of Culture to join me in Birmingham on 7 September 1992 to mark our presidency of the European Communities.
