§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe have invited each Baltic Government to send a representative to London for a first round of discussions on the gold and other financial issues. Talks were held with the Estonian delegation on 7 November and the Latvian delegation on 8 November. In both cases it was agreed that a further round of discussions should be held. The discussions were friendly and useful progress was made. Talks with the Lithuanian delegation have been arranged for 13 November.
