§ Mr. Peter LloydAn Asylum Bill was published last Friday. At the same time we made available draft asylum rules. My noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor made available draft appeals procedure rules. These measures will allow us to reduce substantially the current misuse of asylum procedures, while protecting the position of genuine refugees.
