What is their response to the Select Committee on the European Communities' Report on Energy and the Environment (13th Report, session 1990–91, HL62).

The Government provided the committee with a response to each of the report's conclusions and recommendations on 16th October; with the agreement of the committee, we have today placed a copy of the response in the Library.
