§ Mr. ScottThe special conditions for eligibility to sickness benefit for a person going abroad are contained in regulation 2 of the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Regulations 1975. These conditions, along with all the other conditions for eligibility to sickness benefit, whether in the United Kingdom or overseas, are kept under constant review. We have no plans to amend these regulations.
