To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will list the public opinion surveys carried out by his Department since 11 July 1991.

Public opinion surveys carried out by the Department of Social Security since 11 July 1991 are listed in the table.

Survey Purpose

1. National Customer Survey Continuing evaluation of customer opinion of benefits delivery by local and central offices of the Benefits Agency.

2. Family Credit Campaign Evaluation A continuing evaluation of the campaign. Surveys conducted in August and October.

3. Child Support Agency Target market study.
