§ Mr. BaldryIntegrated pollution control, introduced by part I of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, requires operators of prescribed processes to obtain an authorisation from Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution. To date, 125 applications for authorisations have been received and are being considered.
