§ Mr. Nicholas BennettThe value of the work done lies in the support given to improvements in housing management on PEP estates and elsewhere, for which expenditure totalled £228,514 in the financial year 1989–90, £249,161 in 1990–91, and £16,038 so far in 1991–92, the final year of the main contract. Work has been done on a cost-reimbursable basis.
