Mr. Maxton

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what income Scottish Homes received in capital receipts from house sales in the fourth quarter of 1990–91 and in the first quarter of 1991–92, from (a) right to buy sales, (b) rents to mortgage sales, (c) sales under the portable discount scheme and (d) vacant possession sales.

The information for the fourth quarter of 1990–91 financial year is set out in the table. Details for the first quarter of 1991–92 are not yet available.
