To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many applications have been made, and how many grants have been awarded, for each of the past five years for(a) the personal reader service scheme, (b) the special aids to employment scheme, (c) the assistance with fares to work scheme and (d) the adaptations to premises and equipment scheme.
