§ Mr. Garel-JonesWe made known to the Chilean Government our reservations about this visit which, they told us, would be a private one. On 18 May, at the invitation of Royal Ordnance, General Pinochet visited their premises at Hatfield and Aylesbury. Neither Ministers nor officials had contact with General Pinochet.
