§ Mr. Garel-JonesPresident Aylwin visited the United Kingdom from 10–15 April. Among others, he met Her Majesty the Queen and my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister. His Foreign Minister, Mr. Silva Cimma, signed a memorandum of understanding with me on co-operation against drugs. The visit served to underline Chile's return to democratic government.
