§ Mrs. ChalkerI understand that the Zimbabwe Government are meeting their legal obligations on the payment of pensions to their ex-public servants. No representations have therefore been made to them about this. The question of exchange control is an internal matter for the Zimbabwe Government, but we take every opportunity to remind them of the hardship which their controls can cause for people who wish to transfer funds from Zimbabwe.
