§ Mr. ButcherTo ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1) if he will list all local education authorities in England in rank order of central administration expenditure per school pupil per year, starting with the highest spending authority, for the latest year for which figures are available;
(2) if he will list all local education authorities in England in rank order of total combined expenditure per school pupil per year on school meals, central administration, debt charges or revenue contributions to capital outlay, for the latest year for which figures are available.
