§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleySince December 1989, the Department has recommended to the Home Office that entry clearance should be authorised in respect of 206 443W Romanian children for adoption in England. Information relating to Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales is a matter for my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Northern Ireland, for Scotland and for Wales.
