Mr. JacksonThe additional £120 million for ET in 1991–92 was distributed on the basis of the allocation formulae agreed with the TECs and with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland for the original distribution of the ET budgets in 1991–92. The £120 million has been fully incorporated into TEC business plans which are commercially confidential.
