§ Mr. Michael ForsythMy right hon. Friend currently provides financial assistance to three elderly forums through the urban programme at a cost of £99,000 in 1991–92. They are in Strathclyde, Renfrew and Edinburgh. The funding over a period of four years represents 75 per cent. of the cost of the projects.
