§ Mr. Douglas Hogg[holding answer 20 May 1991]: The Albanian Foreign Minister called on me on 13 May. We discussed the question of the resumption of diplomatic relations between the United Kingdom and Albania. We hope to give an early reply to the Albanian offer to restore diplomatic relations.
