§ Mr. Peter LloydSince December 1989, 238 Romanian children have been granted entry clearance with a view to adoption. Ten applications have been refused, 14 withdrawn and 37 are currently outstanding, 25 of which have been made since 1 April 1991. Information about children from other countries granted entry clearance with a view to adoption is not collected centrally.
