§ Miss WiddecombeYes. The staffing position is always kept under review. Additional staff are added to offices with high numbers of refugee claims. Area reserve staff are also available to assist district offices. In Newham district, the office has eight staff more than their calculated staff resources based on workload data and has received extensive help from the area reserve staff.
