§ Mr. BaldryI assume that the hon. Member is referring to the report by the European Commission entitled "Objectives, standards and criteria for radioactive waste disposal in the European Community"—EUR 12570. The report was produced by a working group on which my Department was represented. I fully agree with the European Council conclusions that the report was a good assessment of the current situation for radioactive waste disposal.
