To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he received the final report from W.S. Atkins on the evaluation of the schemes for the high-speed rail link; and if he will make a statement.

I understand that W.S. Atkins expects to deliver its final report to British Rail shortly, and that British Rail will then send copies to us.
