§ Mrs. ChalkerMy second visit provided an important opportunity to see the environmental projects under our bilateral programme and to discuss further cooperation with key Brazilian Ministers, scientists and institutions. Together with the Minister for the Environment and Countryside I attended the special environment seminar hosted by President Collor and HRH the Prince of Wales. This is helping to advance preparations for the United Nations conference on environment and development in Rio in 1992.
