§ Mr. BaldryThe director general's consultation paper "Paying for Water" suggests companies should be prepared to offer customers a facility for meeting the costs of voluntary domestic meter installation over a period of years. OFWAT is currently analysing responses to the consultation paper and the director general intends to issue guidelines to water companies towards the end of the year.
