To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether it is normal practice for his Ministry to circulate relevant regulations to local authorities.

Legislation relevant to local authorities is publicised in a number of ways, including direct contact with local authority associations and their co-ordinating bodies. Printed copies are available from HMSO, but are not normally circulated by my Department.
