The subjects of these files were granted exceptional leave to remain on 7 May and their passports were returned to their legal representatives on that day. The passports of Mr. Sadaf Hussain—subject of file reference H354158—and his wife were returned to their legal representatives on 13 May. Mrs. Hussain has been granted indefinite leave to remain.
