§ Mr. Peter LloydThree pilot schemes have been operational since early 1990 and are now being evaluated. They have enabled criminal records to be disclosed to certain voluntary organisations under the terms of Home Office circular 58/1989. Proposals for the future will be drawn up in the light of the evaluation report and the recommendations of the Home Office scrutiny of criminal records which reported at the end of April.
