To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list all motoring accidents, including fatalities and injuries to persons involved, on the A77 for each year since 1988–89.

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what has been(a) the average selling price and (b) the average discount to tenants buying their homes under the rent-to-mortgage scheme.

[holding answer 14 May 1991]: Based on the latest information available, the average selling price and average discount to tenants purchasing their homes under the rent-to-mortgage scheme is £21,100 and 29 per cent. respectively.

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland of those applications so far approved under the rent-to-mortgage scheme, what has been(a) the average mortgage loan secured and (b) the average Scottish Homes loan secured.

[holding answer 14 May 1991]: Based on the latest information available, the average mortgage loan secured is £8,077 and the average Scottish Homes loan secured is £13,033.
