To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if his advisory committee of industrialists on the environment will consider(a) Kuwait oil fires and (b) rain forest problems.

§ Mr. Heseltine
[holding answer 13 May 1991]: The Advisory Committee on Business and the Environment has not yet held its first meeting. It is therefore premature to say which topics it will address, but it is unlikely that it will consider Kuwait oil fires.
