Mr. Austin Mitchell

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what information he has on the average price of(a) a terraced house, (b) a privately owned council house re-sold on the market and (c) other council houses in (i) Grimsby, (ii) Yorkshire and Humberside and (iii) the south-east and London in (x) 1989 and (y) 1990; and what is the percentage of each type in each area;

(2) what is his estimate of the average price of (a) terraced houses and (b) council houses in Grimsby.
